As the ceremony was underway, the cameras were rolling on Oxygen Network’s 911 Crisis Center as production had commenced on the real-life drama facing emergency dispatchers in the Chagrin Valley Dispatch Center in greater Cleveland.

Officer Bruce Woodruff and Dispatcher Nancy Woodruff were married on August 6, 2020. As longtime friends and co-workers of Bruce and Nancy, Jack Hall was asked to officiate the ceremony at Letha House Park in Medina County, Ohio.
